Visualizer Architect - Residential

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Architect with exceptional rendering skills and proficiency in 3ds Max modeling and rendering. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing architectural projects, ensuring that our designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and an eye for detail. Proficient in advanced 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization using 3ds Max, including V-Ray and Corona Renderer for creating photorealistic renderings. Skilled in utilizing AutoCAD for precise architectural drafting and Revit for Building Information Modeling (BIM). Experienced with SketchUp for conceptual designs and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for post-production and presentation materials. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and project management. Strong understanding of rendering workflows, lighting techniques, material creation, and optimizing 3D models for efficient performance.

Responsibilities:

• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.
• Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.
• Utilize 3ds Max and other rendering software to create high-quality visualizations of interior and exterior spaces.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and visual storytelling to effectively communicate ideas.
• Conduct research on materials, finishes, and construction techniques to ensure designs are both innovative and feasible.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop creative concepts that enhance architectural designs through visual storytelling and digital artistry.
• Create high-quality 3D models and renderings that accurately represent design concepts.
• Utilize advanced visualization software to produce photorealistic images, animations, and virtual reality experiences.
• Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in 3D modeling and architectural rendering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the same field.
• Strong experience using 3ds Max, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), V-Ray, Corona, Adobe Photoshop, and SketchUp (optional).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
