Job Description: PeopleSoft Financials Support Specialist Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced PeopleSoft Financials Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the PeopleSoft Finance module, SQL, and PeopleCode, with a strong background in supporting existing PeopleSoft installations of financial modules. The role involves maintaining, analyzing, and enhancing financial systems, as well as collaborating with team members to meet client and company requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Support Financial Modules: Provide comprehensive support for PeopleSoft Financial modules, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Accounts Payable (AP), Purchase Order (PO), Inventory, and General Ledger (GL).
• Systems Analysis and Design: Perform systems analysis and design processes to develop well-thought-out specifications that align with client needs.
• Documentation: Create and maintain organized, detailed, and clear documentation for all processes, ensuring that updates are made regularly to reflect changes in customer and company needs.
• Code Maintenance and Updates: Maintain and update existing and new program code, ensuring that it meets evolving business requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to determine best practices and fulfill client requirements, ensuring the successful implementation of financial solutions.
• Product Testing and Analysis: Analyze and test changes and new products thoroughly before formal launch, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly and efficiently troubleshoot system problems, providing effective solutions to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with the PeopleSoft Finance module, SQL, and PeopleCode.
• Strong background in supporting PeopleSoft Financial modules (AR, Billing, AP, PO, Inventory, GL).
