Purpose: Performs data management analysis and daily timesheets audits for the project. Perform daily timesheets audits, reconciling employee activity reports against department work authorizations. Produce trend reports with metrics and supporting detail regarding timesheet audit discrepancies. Prepare a bi-weekly timesheet audit dashboard report and distribute it to the executive leadership team. Communicate with project employees daily to correct timesheet errors in order to reduce post submission timesheet corrections. Perform weekly floor checks to validate the accuracy of department work authorizations and employee timesheets. Assist with CLIN Management efforts by cleaning and preparing timesheet data, as well as reconciling proposed versus PERSTAT labor positions to be uploaded in the CLIN Management data model. Analyze CLIN Management results for accuracy and make any necessary recommendations to improve the accuracy of the data model. Assist with ad hoc tasks and research to support the finance team, as well as attend scheduled meetings.
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education: A university degree is required. Experience: 5-10 years experience working in a data management and/or analytical role is required. Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Must have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written English communication skills. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Must have strong organizational and planning skills. Certification, License & Clearance: Valid driver’s license may be required. T1 NACI or higher required for U.S. Citizens. Work Environment, Physical Demands & Mental Demands: Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively. Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures. Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs.Other Responsibilities:
