Job Summary The Executive Director of Finance is tasked with leading and overseeing the finance operations at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L., focusing on accounting, financial analysis, treasury management, and vendor settlements. This vital role involves both strategic oversight and high-level operational execution to support the company's goals. Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations that guide strategic decisions.
• Manage the finance department's operations, establish goals and objectives, and design frameworks to meet these targets effectively.
• Ensure optimal business processes and financial management. Drive the continuous improvement of accounting practices across the finance team.
• Maintain and enhance accounting systems to support financial operations and accommodate company growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance work experience, 5+ years of which in a managerial role.
• Experience in the financial services sector, Fintech experience is highly advantageous.
• Extensive understanding of finance trends both within the company and general market patterns.
• Proficiency in the use of finance software.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate finance processes are being used.
