Motivate Media Group is looking for talented Designers to join our team. If you have an eye for aesthetics and are ready to create stunning designs for both print and digital platforms, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesDesign visually appealing layouts for magazines, websites, and social media channels.Collaborate with editors, marketing teams, and photographers to create compelling visuals that complement written content.Conceptualize and produce infographics, illustrations, and other design elements to enhance user experience and engagement.Ensure designs are in line with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, delivering high-quality work on time.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.Requirements:Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in print and digital design.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce pixel-perfect designs.Knowledge of digital design trends, UX/UI principles, and web design best practices is a plus.
