As a culture builder, you should have a strong focus on employee care, continuous learning and development, HR operations, and company communications. Join us at one of the most exciting and fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies in the Gulf region!Responsibilities:Leadership and Workforce Management: Coach the management team and oversee workforce planning and strategy. Manage total rewards, organizational design, HRIS, talent management, including performance management, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits.Career Path and Compensation Management: Oversee the refinement of career paths and levels, ensuring a strong total rewards philosophy. Execute compensation and benefits programs that are motivating, equitable, and reward a high-performing culture.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all human resources, government, and employee regulations and policies.Performance and Recognition Programs: Drive and manage performance reviews. Deliver employee bonus and recognition programs.HR Systems and Analytics: Own and manage all Human Resources systems, data, and analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the growth of HR systems and technology.Culture and Collaboration: Establish a collaborative, cross-functional, and open culture. Implement key processes for effective team functions, conflict management, and decision-making. Develop strategies for growth that foster a team of integrated employees working together towards a common mission.Essential Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree10+ years of experience scaling SaaS companiesExperience building and scaling HR departmentsExperience with the latest HCM, HRM tools and processesHigh energy, self-starter with a continuous learning and development mindsetRole is onsite in Riyadh, KSAStrong command of the English language, additional languages a bonusAlert for CandidatesPlease be aware that Rewaa and its subsidiaries do not conduct interviews via email or text and will never request payment as a condition for applying for a position or receiving a job offer.
