Job Descriptions of EA For Fooding Industry in Colaba, Mumbai Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO Job Locations: Colaba, Mumbai Days of Work: 5 days in-office, 1 day remote (Saturday – available for calls) CTC Budget: up to 9 LPA (Depend upon current ctc. Industry Preferred: Fooding & FMCG Only Experience : 3-10 years of work experience as an assistant or secretary to an MD/CEO in a professional setting Education : Graduate from a recognized secretarial college Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess excellent follow-up, communication, and technology skills, alongside a proven ability to handle sensitive and critical matters with the utmost discretion. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly manage professional and personal tasks for the MD/CEO. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage the MD/CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination. Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence as needed. Handle all follow-ups, ensuring timely task completion by team members and external stakeholders. Maintain and organize important documents and records. Personal Support: Assist with personal tasks as required, such as travel arrangements, personal purchases, and errands. Communication: Act as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and manage professional correspondence with accuracy and clarity. Technology & Tools: Use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create, analyze, and manage documents and reports. Leverage technology for efficient task management and communication. Confidentiality & Integrity: Handle all matters with the highest level of honesty and discretion. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business and personal matters. Skills: Excellent follow-up and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and English proficiency (both verbal and written). Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. A good understanding of modern technology and tools. Personal Traits: Honest, proactive, and adaptable. Open to handling both professional and personal tasks. Bonus Points: Married candidates. Candidates living within a 45-minute commute of Colaba are highly preferred.
