We have urgent required for a leading Beverage Industry in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Job Profile: Plastic Injection Machine Operators Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Plastic Injection Machine Operators with expertise in Husky and Netstal machines . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of injection molding machines, ensuring the efficient production of plastic parts, maintaining high-quality standards, and performing troubleshooting tasks when needed. Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: At least 3+ years of experience as a Plastic Injection Molding Operator, with specific experience in operating Husky and Netstal machines.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of injection molding processes, machine settings, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Operate Injection Molding Machines: Set up and operate Husky and Netstal injection molding machines according to production requirements.
- Monitor Machine Performance: Regularly check for quality, speed, and efficiency, and make necessary adjustments to optimize production processes.
- Troubleshoot Equipment: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues or process-related problems that may arise during production.
- Quality Control: Inspect molded parts to ensure they meet specifications and perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubrication, and assist in more complex maintenance when required.
- Material Handling: Manage the loading and unloading of materials (plastic resins, additives, etc.) into the machines.
- Documentation & Reporting: Record production data (output, downtime, quality checks, etc.) and report any issues to supervisors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, engineers, and supervisors to improve processes and reduce scrap rates.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Duty Hours: 9 hrs. (1 hr. Lunch Break) / 6 days a week
- Contract Period: 2 Years
