Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge medical equipment and devices dedicated to enhancing healthcare services in Saudi Arabia and supply state-of-the-art medical technologies to hospitals, clinics, and government entities, striving to improve patient care and outcomes across the region.Position OverviewThey seek a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Specialist, fluent in Arabic, to drive sales and marketing efforts for a range of medical devices in Riyadh. This role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and government entities to promote and sell the products.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in Saudi Arabia's medical sector.Identify and prospect new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and government entities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, physicians, and procurement officers.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical equipment and devices.Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Saudi Arabian market.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements relevant to medical equipment and devices in Saudi Arabia.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years prior sales /marketing experience in the medical equipment industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia.Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English, both written and verbal.Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Saudi Arabia, including knowledge of hospital and government procurement processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
