Responsibilities Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with the Business line 's overall objectives. Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities. Establish and manage sales quotas, territories, and performance metrics. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Develop and execute effective sales plans and campaigns to generate leads and convert them into customers. Leverages personal experience to avoid or minimize potential problems and maximize potential opportunities in the future Is recognized as a go-to person to provide insights and solutions to potential issues Aligns the various stakeholders around company related messages/decisions effectively despite the sensitivity of the situation Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to optimize sales processes. Negotiate and close deals with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Clearly outlines the rationale behind decisions and chosen options. Delegates challenging tasks that promote skill development and growth. Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to support delegated tasks. Identifies potential areas of conflict and takes preventive measures to address them. Creates a culture of open communication and trust within teams. Acts as a mediator or facilitator to help others resolve conflict constructively. Manages complex situations with uncertainty and adapts strategies as needed. Evaluates the effectiveness of decisions and shares learnings with the team. Requirements:• 6+ years of relevant experience in digital media and influencers marketing, with Direct client along with media agencies.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to educate clients, advocate the product adoption based on client's requirements.• Advanced Excel and analytical skills are essential, with experience analyzing data-sets and delivering actionable insights for the client.
