You'll be responsible for managing a team, allocating resources, and driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a team of Process Engineers.Ensure all work meets high standards and adheres to budget constraints.Develop and implement effective project schedules.Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with company standards.Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and skill development.Your Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chartered Engineer status preferred).25+ years of experience in design engineering & construction.10+ years of experience managing people and projects.Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on execution.Extensive experience in the Oil & Gas and/or Low Carbon Energy Transition industry.Familiarity with Saudi Aramco project requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools.Join a company where your talent and dedication will be recognized.
