JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for Clinical Application Business Analysts for a period of six months, with a possibility of extension. The selected analysts will support the Clinical Applications team under the guidance of a specialty Director. Core Clinical, Specialty services, Cancer Care/Nutrition and Food Services and Diagnostic Imaging. The Analysts will focus on understanding business needs, analyzing clinical workflows, and delivering effective solutions to improve clinical application systems including the strategic upgrade to Oracle Health. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Information Technology, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis, preferably in clinical or healthcare IT. - Experience on large integration projects and/or knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards would be considered an asset. - Some knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare regulations (e.g., EHR systems). - Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication. - Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, etc.
