In this role, you will be leading the establishment of a GWh-scale BESS manufacturing facility, ensuring a robust domestic supply chain and technological competitiveness. Oversee manufacturing, strategy, and execution while driving AMPIN Energy Transition’s growth in energy storage solutions. How you will contribute: GWh-Scale BESS Manufacturing:

• Plan, develop, and execute a GWh-scale BESS manufacturing facility.
• Optimize production efficiency, quality control, and cost competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety
• protocols.
• Manage supplier relationships and technology partnerships for plant success.

• Develop and execute BESS strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Lead business development, partnerships, and joint ventures.

• Oversee design, engineering, and deployment of BESS projects.
• Ensure seamless integration with renewable assets and utility networks.
• Manage lifecycle performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Stay updated on energy storage policies and regulations.
• Engage with government agencies and industry bodies for favourable policies.

• Build and lead a high-performing BESS team.
• Collaborate across engineering, finance, and operations teams.
• Develop competitive supply chains and financing models.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years in the battery industry, 5+ in BESS roles.
• Expertise in battery manufacturing, supply chains, and large-scale BESS projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and regulatory knowledge.
