Sales Manager – Therapeutics (East region) Key Responsibilities
- Ensures achievement of sales targets for the designated region and managing the sales and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
- Develops and manages the relationships with Doctors/Customers for promoting Company’s Products.
- Managing brand awareness to doctors to increase top of the mind recall
- Training & building team to manage various facets of business compliances and providing direction, motivation & training to the team for ensuring optimum performance.
- Defines and manages the distribution structure.
- Controls credit and maintains financial disciplines and controls in territory.
- Creates and maintains market hygiene in territory.
- Analyses and manages relevant data at territory level and uses it to forecast and plan sales.
- Deploys, manages and ensures adherence to norms and discipline by field personnel.
- Collects and collates market data and provides feedback to the division.
- An MBA /M. Pharma/B. Pharma with 10+ years of lateral experience in Pharmaceutical company.
- Effective communicator with strong presentation, analytical skills and relationship building skills along with sound understanding of pharmacology towards teamwork
