Senior Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist - Global

1. Collaborate with Asset Management and participate in identifying, developing, and tracking improvements in Maximo EAMS functionality and associated business processes and workflows.
2. Receive, review, and resolve day-to-day questions and issues that may arise from ROMD staff through the use of Maximo EAMS.
3. Provide support to ROMD staff in the Maximo software application, troubleshooting, and end-user training in the use of Maximo EAMS.
4. Manage the preparation of data into standard EAMS upload templates and loading the data into EAMS, including Asset Data, PM Plans, Job Plans, Problem/Cause/Remedy Data.
5. Monitor EAMS data quality and identify user training needs.
6. Support the training of users on how to effectively use the EAMS system.
7. Support the ad-hoc reporting out of EAMS.
8. Coordinate with Ashghal ISD for planning and implementing software technology or system improvements and enhancements to Maximo EAMS.
9. Collaborate with Ashghal ISD in supporting scheduled Maximo system maintenance and notify DO&M staff of planned and emergency maintenance of the system.
10. Represent ROMD Maximo users at systems improvement meetings.
11. Engage with regional IBM Maximo user groups to keep up to date with current Maximo system improvements and future functionality that may benefit DO&M.
12. Adhere to Health and Safety Policy and Procedures in the workplace and comply with any new work instructions.

1. Minimum Diploma in Engineering/EAMS or higher-level qualification in a relevant subject.
2. Holder of Accreditation from the Institute of GIS/EAMS/Maximo Institutes or similar would be an advantage.
3. Current/valid Qatar Driving License would be an advantage.

1. Minimum 10 years of cumulative experience in a relevant field.
2. Knowledge of asset hierarchy, asset types, and related asset attributes, for drainage assets base desirable.
3. Knowledge of asset management standards and best practices (e.g. PAS55, ISO55000), as supported by Maximo EAMS.
4. Knowledge of systems integration options with information systems such as GIS, CRMS, ERP, or similar systems.
5. Knowledge of MAXIMO system with regards to operations.
6. In-depth knowledge and experience of web-based GIS solutions, primarily ESRI ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, and ArcGIS using Microsoft C# .Net, Python, or VBA preferred.
7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and in particular Microsoft Excel 2010.
8. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is essential; Arabic would be an advantage.
