Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Tune Hotels in Sepang. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating housekeeping staff, managing laundry services, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service, and maintaining effective communication within the team. Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage housekeeping staff effectively
- Laundry Skills: Knowledge of laundry processes and procedures
- Customer Service and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Housekeeping Skills: Proficiency in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
