Job Description:-
- Managing Calls: Conduct calls to potential clients and leads to introduce our real estate services and offerings.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by engaging in meaningful conversations and understanding their needs.
- Information Sharing: Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing etc.
- Scheduling Site visits : Schedule property viewings, consultations, and follow-up meetings for the sales team.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and client details in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls to nurture leads, address inquiries, and provide additional information as needed.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads and provide support as needed.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and providing relevant information.
- Experience: Previous experience in tele calling or a similar customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate terminology and market trends is advantageous.
- Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-oriented approach.
