This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Engineer who will be responsible for developing and driving our Business Development strategy and activity, partnering with our business, operations and Sales teams. Responsibilities include; Building key relationships, Market Positioning, Project Development, Collaboration and Networking to drive organic growth within the market/group. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through telemarketing and contact discovery through online search tools like; google search, LinkedIn, any other portals.
- Building Relationships: Utilizing your networking skills to establish strong relationships with customers in new and adjacent markets.
- Market Positioning: research and Identifying opportunities and position our company's services as the preferred choice within the targeted verticals, increasing market share.
- Relationship Development: Identifying and developing new relationships with key stakeholders and influencers, driving preference for our services across India.
- Project Development: Identifying and developing parent projects from external databases, campaigns, or events, ensuring their distribution to local demand generation teams and converting them into opportunities.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with the Local Sales, Project Management and Engineering teams and other project influencers to secure specifications/scope that exceed customer requirements, using compelling value propositions and winning proposals.
- Networking: Engaging with influencers, industry bodies, and vertical forums, leveraging these connections to create awareness and demand for our services.
- Effectively using internal and external data, research and trends to develop new, expanded markets and opportunities for the business.

- Strong team player, customer-focused, highly motivated, and self-reliant.
- Proven Business Development and Pre- sales background (Lead generation) with a track record of driving business growth.
- Market knowledge of Emerging markets with new engineering technologies in Regional Industrial Areas/ SEZ for new factory setups like Semiconductor, Electronics, Battery, EVs, etc.
- Confidence, drive, and positive energy to effectively sell solutions and services.
- Solid commercial and lead generation background.
- Deep understanding of the target verticals and client requirements.
- Strong Business Development Engineer with experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, Project Management and Maintenance Services.
- Track record of delivery within an international, matrix environment, with sector experience.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline. With a post graduate certificate desirable.
- Commercial acumen and an ability to understand and analyze market data, trends.
