Job Description
- Monitor and track all local shipments (Heavy Trucks), ensuring on-time pickup and delivery while addressing any delays proactively.
- Coordinate daily domestic transportation operations, including scheduling shipments, managing deliveries, and ensuring seamless execution of logistics plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve transportation challenges, such as delays, or unforeseen disruptions, to maintain service levels.
- Communicate with operation managers, plant supervisors etc. to achieve mutual satisfaction
- Well-known with GPS tracking platforms i.e. Etit (Extra Addon)
- Keep logs and records of operational tickets & changeover night shifts (working remotely
Job Requirements
- Proven experience (1-2 yrs) as logistics coordinator & Fleet Management
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Etit GPS Tracking platform & office (Excel)
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or logistics (EXTRA ADDON)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
