About Us Avisa GRC specializes in manufacturing custom screens, tiles, and panels from architectural concrete (GFRC). We focus on delivering innovative, high-quality designs that blend aesthetics with precision engineering. Role Overview: We are looking for a Product Design Engineer who can take design concepts and transform them into factory-ready production files for CNC machining and fabrication. The ideal candidate should be skilled in 3D modeling, rendering, and CAD/CAM software to ensure seamless execution of custom architectural products. Key Responsibilities:

• Design custom architectural products (screens, tiles, panels) based on client briefs or internal design concepts.
• Create 3D models and renders using SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, or Fusion 360 .
• Develop CNC-compatible files using CAD/CAM software like ArtCAM for precise cutting and machining.
• Generate technical drawings and production-ready files for CNC machining or woodworking.
• Coordinate with the factory and woodworking lab to ensure accurate fabrication and installation .
• Optimize designs for structural integrity, material efficiency, and ease of manufacturing .
• Provide design presentations and visualizations for client approvals.
• Solve manufacturing and design challenges by collaborating with engineers and production teams.
