Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (B2B)   Experience: 7 years   Location: Noida (Work From Office) Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or Communications Responsibilities:

  1. Demand Generation : Develop and execute targeted programs that drive qualified leads through paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, webinars, and content syndication.
  2. Marketing Funnel Ownership : Build, own, and optimize the entire marketing funnel to ensure effective lead generation and conversion.
  3. B2B Expertise : Leverage experience in digital marketing for B2B companies to design strategies that resonate with professional audiences and decision-makers.
  4. Email Marketing : Design and manage campaigns that nurture leads, retain customers, and promote new products or services using tools like MailChimp, Brevo, or similar platforms.
  5. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) : Create and execute strategies for high-value accounts using segmentation, personalization, and multi-channel engagement.
  6. Webinars & Podcasts : Plan, coordinate, and host webinars and podcasts that educate and engage a B2B audience to drive lead acquisition and brand authority.
  7. Paid Social Media Campaigns : Manage and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X platforms to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
  8. Content Strategy & Creation : Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, audience-focused materials such as blogs, articles, and social media updates. Guide the content strategy to maximize engagement and conversions.
  9. Tool Proficiency : Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms (Apollo, Instantly), and analytics software to drive and track campaign success.
  10. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Product teams to align on growth initiatives and ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  11. ROI-Driven Strategies : Develop and oversee landing pages, website copy, and marketing funnels designed to convert leads, with a focus on measurable ROI.
  12. Performance Analytics : Monitor live campaigns, analyze website performance, and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
  13. Social Media Leadership : Regularly manage and post educational content to establish the company as a thought leader in its industry.
  Requirements/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.(Candidates with master's degrees will be given first preference.)
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in the B2B domain.
  • Candidates from news agencies, print media, electronic media, and marketing agencies will be given preference.
  • Social media marketing certification is mandatory.
  • Expertise in lead generation, webinars, ABM, email marketing, and content creation for professional audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decisions.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM software, email automation platforms, and social media ad managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date with trends and best practices in digital marketing and growth strategies.
