Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Field Officer located in Pune. The Security Field Officer will be responsible for ensuring the sourcing of security guards along with safety and security of the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling of the all points , and responding to any security incidents and emergencies. Qualifications
- Security Management, Surveillance, and Patrolling skills
- Emergency Response and Incident Handling skills
- Knowledge of Security Protocols and Procedures
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in security services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
