E-commerce Specialist

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist with a robust accounting background. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels while ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting. This role requires expertise in interacting with various payment gateways and collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance our e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities

1. Payment Gateway Management
   • Integrate and manage multiple payment gateways to ensure seamless transactions for customers.
   • Monitor payment gateway performance and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
   • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security standards related to payment processing.
   • Maintain accurate financial records for all e-commerce transactions.
   • Prepare regular financial reports, including sales metrics, revenue, and expense analyses.
   • Reconcile e-commerce sales data with accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
   • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the e-commerce division.
2. E-Commerce Operations
   • Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions across various online platforms.
   • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
   • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies.
   • Coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
3. Stakeholder Interaction
   • Liaise with internal departments, including finance, marketing, and IT, to support e-commerce initiatives.
   • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as payment gateway providers and vendors.
   • Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on e-commerce performance and strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations and accounting or financial management.
