We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets across various locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in hospitality, looking to take the next step in their career. Salary: AED 7,000 - 10,000 per month, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage 4-5 outlets in different locations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Oversee and support daily operational tasks, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and quality standards.
Monitor performance and implement strategies to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the senior management team to improve operational processes and standards.
Lead and conduct training and development programs for staff to enhance performance, skills, and customer service. Foster a positive working environment and promote continuous learning within the team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in F&B operations, ideally in a managerial role. Hospitality especially cafe background is required and will be a plus.
A valid driving license is a must.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams effectively.
