Requirements/Qualifications To be considered, you will require to qualify for the following:

  1. A minimum of 2500 hours total flying time.
  2. A minimum of 1500 hours on multi crew, glass cockpit* or high performance military jet.
  3. 500 hours should be on one of the A320 Family within the last 3 years and currently flying on an Airbus FBW type.
  4. Type rating on A320 should be valid for a minimum of 2 months at the time of joining.
  5. ICAO current and unrestricted ATPL. We do not accept Frozen ATPL unless held by a UAE citizen.
  6. Current on A320
  7. Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical.
  8. Maximum age limit is 50 years old.
  9. English Language Fluency (written and verbal) Level 4 or better.
  10. In case of hours accumulated on flights with inflight relief, 75% of the total hours shall be counted towards the required minimums. *Glass Cockpit: aircraft with a FMS coupled to APFDS
Compensation Details You are provided a base salary, along with allowances that cover flight duty, meals, housing etc. You may receive more specific packages during your interview process, but in a snapshot, here’s what you can expect:
  1. Fixed pay of AED 26,000 per month.
  2. Flight duty allowance:
    1. 1-6 years of service: AED 40 per block hour
    2. 7-10 years of service: AED 56 per block hour
  3. Meal allowance during layovers as per the following rates:
    1. Middle East/ GCC/ Sub Continent AED 12 per hour
    2. Asia/ Far East AED 15 per hour
    3. Africa/ Australasia AED 18 per hour
    4. Europe/ Americas AED 23 per hour
  4. Housing allowance up to AED 160,000 per year
  5. Education allowance of AED 40,000 for primary and AED 55,000 for secondary up to 3 children.
  6. Income protection scheme.
  7. 42 Days annual leave.
  8. End of service benefits.
  9. Accidental and life insurance benefits.
