Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a business development plan to drive revenue and market expansion.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and profitability metrics.
Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in branded merchandise, corporate gifts, or related industries
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales analytics tools.
