Job Summary:
We are looking for talented professionals to lead our sales teams. As an Area Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales teams, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Supervisors and Sales Officers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Supervise and motivate a team of Sales Officers to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the City Head to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry (spices, food, or beverages).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian market, particularly in the spices industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
