Job Description
Electrical Technical Officer Team Leader Position: Electrical Technical Office Team Leader Engineer Location: Madinaty Company: Square Engineering Firm Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: Square Engineering Firm is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technical Office Team Leader Engineer to manage and oversee complex electrical engineering projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in BIM technology, electrical system design, site supervision, and leading technical teams across diverse infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects. Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and develop the electrical technical team to ensure efficient project execution.
- Supervise BIM modeling, drafting, and coordination for electrical and low current (LC) systems using Revit, AutoCAD, and related software.
- Review and approve shop drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), panel schedules, and coordination plans.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design conflicts and technical issues.
- Oversee the design and implementation of MV, LV, and LC systems, including lighting, power, fire alarm, BMS, structured cabling, nurse call, security, intrusion, intercom, and smart building solutions.
- Conduct site supervision, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare RFIs, material submittals, BOQs, quantity surveys, and as-built drawings.
- Facilitate technical meetings with stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in electrical engineering with leadership roles.
- Proficient in BIM software (Revit) , AutoCAD, DIALux, ETAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong expertise in MV, LV, and LC systems, including public address, nurse call, security, intrusion, intercom, and smart building technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
