Finance Manager

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 4+ years of experience to join our finance team in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial management, reporting, and compliance, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting and Finalization:

• Lead the preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

1. SAP and Chart of Accounts Management:

• Maintain and optimize the Chart of Accounts to align with business requirements and ensure compliance.
• Provide expert-level oversight of SAP for financial processes, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.

1. Books Closing and Reconciliations:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual books closing activities.
• Perform detailed reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

1. Management Presentations:

• Prepare high-quality presentations and financial reports for the board of directors and audit committees.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

1. Compliance and Governance:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, including tax laws and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

1. Interpersonal and Team Collaboration:

• Foster strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to guide and mentor team members.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification with at least 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in financial statement finalization and reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP, including advanced knowledge of Chart of Accounts.
• Exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is preferred.
