Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP REFX FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a SAP REFX FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP REFX (Real Estate Flexible Management) and FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules within our organization. Your primary duties will include analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, conducting system configuration, and providing end-user training and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP REFX and FICO modules, along with experience in real estate management processes. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. - Configure SAP REFX and FICO modules based on client requirements.
- Provide end-to-end implementation support including gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, data migration and post go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and patches related to SAP REFX and FICO modules.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP REFX and FICO modules.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and SAP updates to ensure systems are optimized and compliant.
- Assist in integrating SAP REFX and FICO modules with other SAP modules or third-party systems.
- Support in preparing project plans, estimates, and status reports for management.
- Participate in meetings with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on system enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an SAP FICO Consultant with specific experience in SAP REFX module.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and SAP FICO functionalities.
- Certification in SAP REFX and FICO modules is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
