Position: Talent Acquisition - Executive Search - Leadership Hiring - Only Fashion Retail Job Location: Dubai, UAE Required Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience with fashion retail leadership hiring with team handling experience.
Responsibilities:
- Drive full-cycle Talent Acquisition delivery (Recruit to Onboard) across the MEA region enabling businesses through meeting their hiring needs.
- European language is a must.
- Leading and delivering sourcing capabilities across recruiters to hunt diversified talents globally covering markets like – APAC, Europe, UK, Americas, and GCC for various businesses in Fashion Apparel, Kidswear, Footwear, Home, Beauty Cosmetics, Home Décor, Department Store, etc.
- Regular updates to the Key Stakeholders (Hiring managers - Group Director, CEO, Country Heads) on the market intelligence and best practices norms/trends globally for better decision-making in reaching talent goals.
