We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics and MIS professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics operations, maintaining MIS reports, and ensuring efficient communication and follow-ups with vendors. The candidate must be proficient in preparing detailed Excel reports and have experience handling appointment-based and quick commerce logistics. Work Exp: 5yrs - 7yrs Key Responsibilities: Logistics Management:
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Handle appointment-based logistics and quick commerce logistics to meet customer demands efficiently.
- Maintain strong communication and follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed MIS reports to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize Excel to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with channel partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Communicate & Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues promptly.
- Proven experience in logistics management and MIS reporting.
- Experience in handling appointment-based and quick commerce logistics is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Mid Level
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
