Job Description
Role Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding. This role requires a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of the construction industry’s unique requirements. Job Description - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent in the construction sector. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. - Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback. - Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities and candidate progress.Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the construction industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
