The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians. Responsibilities

Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians
Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone
Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)

Reporting to Head Nurse, Area Manager Supervises

Practical Nurses
Nursing Orderlies

Education/Licensure

Bachelor of Science in Nursing/ Diploma in Nursing.
Current Licensure (RN) with a nursing governing body from country of origin.
Professional Nursing License from Saudi Council for Health Specialties.
Life support training as per specialty.
Work under supervision of a Licensed Nurse in Saudi Arabia until able to obtain SCFHS & MOH license.

Professional Experience

Minimum two (2) years post graduate clinical experience in a hospital setting. (Saudi new graduates are exempted).
Current working knowledge in related specialty.
Demonstrates safe & correct use of specific unit-based equipment’s.

Competencies/Skills:

Fluent in spoken and written English.
Be able to speak and understand basic Arabic Language.
Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
Exhibits professionalism and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Good in customer care, able to work in multidisciplinary teams
Knowledgeable in computer applications.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Critical Care Medicine
Interpersonal Communication
Cardiopulmonary
