Project Director - Hospital

My client is a leading Kuwait construction company with an excellent reputation and a track record of working on major projects in the country. They have recently been awarded a new project to build a state-of-the-art hospital valued at over $1.3bn. They are currently looking to recruit a Project Director to manage the construction of the entire project. The role will involve managing a large team of project managers and other senior construction staff to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the construction project from inception to completion.
2. Lead a large team of project managers and senior construction staff.
3. Ensure project completion on time and within budget.
4. Maintain high standards of quality and finish.

Qualifications

1. A degree in a construction or engineering related field.
2. Proven experience managing large teams on mega construction projects in the Middle East.
3. In-depth experience of managing hospital and healthcare projects with over 500 beds.
4. Familiarity with the high technical standards required for such projects.
5. Experience managing large multi-national teams of engineers and project managers.
