1. Oversee IT Operations : Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all systems and infrastructure.
2. Manage IT Budgets : Handle procurement, vendor relationships, and cost-effective solutions.
3. Establish Governance : Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Lead the IT Team : Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of innovation.
5. Ensure Compliance : Align IT operations with regulatory and industry standards.
6. Strengthen Security : Identify vulnerabilities, enforce security standards, and mitigate risks.
7. Manage Infrastructure : Oversee IT systems, cloud environments, and network performance.
8. Optimize Assets : Handle IT asset lifecycle, including procurement and inventory control.
9. Enhance Service Continuity : Implement monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
10. Support Onboarding/Offboarding : Ensure seamless provisioning and de-provisioning of IT resources.
11. Tailor IT Strategies : Collaborate with teams to align IT goals with business objectives.
12. Monitor and Report : Track IT metrics to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
13. Stay Current : Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and practices.

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. 8+ years of experience in IT.
3. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP, OCI), and virtualization technologies.
4. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders.

1. Networking & Infrastructure : Expertise in routing, switching (e.g., Cisco, Juniper), network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS), SD-WAN, and network optimization.
2. Identity & Access Management (IAM) : Proficiency in SSO solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD), Active Directory, RBAC, and PAM.
3. Email & Collaboration : Administration of email gateways (e.g., Exchange) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
4. Policy & Device Management : Expertise in Group Policies (GPO) and MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Jamf).
5. Cloud Computing & Virtualization : Advanced cloud VPC design, IAM in cloud platforms, cloud security, and virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
6. Systems & Patch Management : Proficiency in patching tools (e.g., WSUS) and configuration management frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
7. Security & Compliance : Experience with endpoint protection, compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS), and vulnerability management.
8. Monitoring & Incident Response : Skills in IT monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds), SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk), and incident detection.
9. Automation & Scripting : Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform).
10. Soft Skills : Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
