Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join our research and development department, which will focus on establishing security processes with the entire Organization and securing our products and services throughout the software development lifecycle. In this role, you will collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to enhance our cyber security posture. How You Will Make an Impact:
- Identifying weaknesses in the Organization's security and establishing a process for improving the security of the organization.
- Implementation of one of the security frameworks in the company and promote a security-focused culture across the organization.
- Working as a Technical Subject Matter Expert providing crucial guidance on security matters.
- Driving our Software security group and the Security Board.
- Empowering engineering partner teams with cutting-edge tools, techniques, and methodologies, fostering a culture of security in product development.
- Perform hands-on security threat modeling, risk assessment, and vulnerability remediation.
- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure and application security.
- Proficiency in a programming language (Python, TypeScript, Golang, etc.).
- Experience implementing security in software development and CI/CD processes.
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and OWASP principles.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., OWASP SAMM, NIST, CIS) and regulations (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Proven ability to make effective security decisions.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
