Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of Inspection Coordinator . Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule & coordinate daily operations & inspections as per the requirement.
- Assign engineers/inspectors as per the schedule and ensure timely completion.
- Act as primary contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Manage the engineers/inspector schedules, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Ensure quality assurance for inspections meets industry standards and client specifications/satisfaction.
- Review the inspection/technical reports submitted by the engineers/inspectors and submit accurate reports, maintaining records.
- Address client issues/concerns promptly and professionally within the time frame.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality as a part of continual improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering/other discipline.
- Experience: 2-3 years in coordination or project execution.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office.
