We are looking for a Branding and Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team of Mazrui International - Trading Sector. Work Location - Dubai, UAE The Digital & Brand Specialist's primary focus will be to perform market research and gather data to support the development of brand strategies for the Trading sector's full product range. In addition to everyday tasks, this role is diverse in nature and will assist the Marketing Team in media planning & buying, creative development, copywriting, and digital marketing initiatives. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to create and analyze reports as well as review and report on trends in the marketplace relative to advertising and brand awareness. Ultimately, the incumbent’s objective is to promote our company and increase customer engagement. Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer base, trends, and competitive market.
  • Create and deliver product marketing.
  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.
  • Improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
  • Website updates (Product onboarding and offboarding) including brief and follow-up with IT.
  • Manage Google Ads.
  • Liaise with all departments in the Trading sector to ensure brand consistency.
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments.
  • Create and manage engaging, shareable content (e.g., website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts) across all channels, including social media, websites, and the app, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing message.
  • Manage our social presence and creative executions on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other strategically relevant online properties.
  • Partner to develop and execute strategic plans and promotions to grow followers and increase engagement within social channels.
  • Identify, research, and recommend innovative social opportunities concentrating on trends and cutting-edge innovation.
  • Monitor and engage daily in relevant social discussions with our customers.
  • Actively research current trends related to market and competition, including analyzing current digital marketing tactics, concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to self-manage while managing projects under tight deadlines.
  • Create & manage a social scorecard to present results to the broader organization.
  • Coordinate with agencies to get marketing material support for events (brand display, brochure, poster, roll-up, etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is an added plus.
  • 2+ years’ experience in social community management required.
  • Solid knowledge of Photoshop or other media editing software.
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
