Clinical Sales Specialist

Job Summary The Clinical Support Specialist covers patient cases in the Operating Room for selected customers. Focuses on servicing existing customer accounts and works close with surgeons, nurses and the sterilization department of the hospital. Additionally, on an organizational level interfaces closely with the Area Sales Manager and ROSA Sales Representatives. General Functions • Cover cases in OR • Train and enable OR team • Product Demonstrations • Sales lead generation • Manage logistics around procedure planning and consignment stock • Provides onsite support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness • Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA). • Provide product feedback and improvements to R&D • Attend product trade shows and annual trainings as needed • Area Sales Manager and Recon/ROSA Representatives Requirements Education • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Professional experience • Understanding of health economic and health policy interrelations Experience Requirements • Strong networking capabilities and sound business acumen to identify, plan, and execute on services • Strong knowledge in high-budget Capital Equipment, and ideally in Robotics, with specific knowledge of competitor’s products and strategies Special expertise • Significant level of clinical expertise Languages • Proficiency in English Personal skills requirements • Strong presentations skills • Customer centric • Relationship and communication skills • Entrepreneurial • Target orientation • Organizational skills • Analysis capability • Problem solving • Team spirit • Willing to learn Travel Requirements As required
