· Responsible to HOTECC Management, accountable for all matters relating to the project Performance. · Responsible for the Project Master Plan controls and verifies schedule observance for the performance of various activities by the Engineering and Procurement section and their support to the Planning Engineer in preparing the Project Execution Plan. · Responsible for implementing the Project Plan; verifies that the schedules foreseen for the implementation of activities are realistic and observed and that they match contractual objectives. · Ensures continuity in executing the planned activities, verifying the availability of direct manpower, the adequacy of work supervision and the availability of adequate work sources · To establish, maintain and control the project administration and technical work instructions to the satisfaction of the Project & Client requirements. · Delegate authority and responsibility within the operation to all concerned with the Implementation and verification of the Quality System. · Ensure the drivers and operator are operating the equipment’s and Vehicles in accordance with safe working procedure. · Participate in the periodic review of the Project Quality System. · Ensure the Sub-Contractors and Suppliers are aware of the Project Quality Requirements and review compliance · Ensure that the Project Safety requirements are controlled and maintained. · Ensure effective implementation of HOT IMS, PQP & HSE Plan requirements. · Prioritizes and schedule the repair/requirement and maintenance activity for company owned equipment and vehicles based on project schedule. · Review and recommends updating the asset register based on the working /physical condition of the equipment and vehicles of project required. · Planning/schedule required manpower and resources to accomplish the required task / job in a manner providing maximum/timely availability of equipment for the project operations. · Communicate regularly with department manager and maintenance section head for work /equipment requirements, job assignments and other equipment maintenance shop issues.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, project management, or other related field · 10 to 15 years of work experience in the rental & Equipment Field. · Communication Skills & Leadership Skills · Recruitment practices & Traffic law and country rules and regulations · The ability to work in a team · The ability to negotiateBenefits
