Production Manager - Elevator Division

We are seeking a skilled and Professional Production Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all pre-production activities, as well as oversee the setup and breakdown of assigned events. 

• Overseeing the entire production process, from planning to completion. 
• Ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality standards. 
• Managing production schedules and resource allocation. 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes. 
• Monitoring production costs and implementing cost-saving strategies.
• Training and developing production staff. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the Elevator Production.
• Strong organization, communication and project/time management skills. 
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, production methods and coordination of people and resources. 
• Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and prioritise multiple projects. 
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Possess high work motivation, commitment to follow through initiative and achievement.
• Proficient inn MS Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook. 
• Works independently without supervision.
