Job Description

1. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management
2. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, including financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and budgets
3. Monitor financial performance against plans and budgets, and make recommendations to management on necessary actions to achieve targets
4. Manage cash flow, forecasting future financial needs and ensuring that sufficient funds are available to support the company's operations
5. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including banks, investors, and other financiers
6. Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation
7. Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, and that all financial transactions are recorded appropriately
8. Build and manage the finance function, providing guidance and support to staff members as needed
9. Review and update financial policies and procedures in response to changing business needs and regulatory requirements

Job Specification

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
2. 7+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
3. Familiarity with financial reporting software and other relevant tools and technologies
