Learn More : & Read About Us: Marketing Manager (GTM) – Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Manager with 6-9 years of experience to help drive our marketing efforts. This role is central to driving the marketing planning and execution for the region which includes events, leadgen activities, email and social marketing, content creation, and integrated marketing campaigns and plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms including social media, email, videos, blogs, website pages, press release, decks, award nominations, and other marketing communications.
- Event Marketing & Management: Plan, organize, and execute webinars, trade shows, conferences, and Biz2X self-hosted (Frontier of Digital Finance) events.
- Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing campaigns (organic and leadgen) including email campaigns, webinars, reports, events, third party advertising, social media paid campaigns. Work on marketing, email, and ABM tools. Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to plan and execute regional activities.
- Analytics & Reporting: Maintain, track, analyze, and publish marketing reports, weekly updates, and overall activity dashboard.
- 6-9 years of experience in B2B marketing from product, software, tech companies operating in the financial and banking sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, Zoho, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, and other AI tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, as well as an MBA.
- Experience in MENA or India would be preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive self-starter with a passion for marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
