Located 45 kms south of New Delhi in Ballabgarh, M M Castings offers end-to-end solutions to global customers with in-house facilities for pattern making, casting, finishing, and machining. Utilizing cutting-edge technologies like Hexagon Potable Arm and MAGMA simulation software, we ensure robust design and optimized production of cast components. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Head of Department at M M Castings Pvt. Ltd at our Ballabgarh & Palwal Plant. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the CNC department, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining machine efficiency, and leading a team of CNC operators. There's CNC machining done at our Ballabgarh facility & CNC pattern making at our Palwal facility. We use CN C Vertical Lathes & Routers . The parts are unique and both plants require different skillset, since you will be working with wood & metal, both. Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC machining and programming
- Experience in managing a team of CNC operators
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and optimization
- Wiling to travel between 2 plants daily
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Relevant certification or diploma in CNC machining
