Job Title: Warehouse Executive Department: Logistics Reports to: Sr General Manager Location: Rasayani Industrial Area (Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai or willing to relocate preferred) Experience: Minimum 3 years in warehouse operation Roles and Responsibilities: 1)Order Management:
- Handle B2B order processing for General Trade, Modern Trade, and CSD/CPC.
- Manage B2C order processing for marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Experience in working with online order management platforms is a must.
- Manage stock receipt, put-away, material alignment, and assembly of orders.
- Conduct daily and monthly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Oversee FIFO management, picking, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse, stock, staff, and equipment.
- Maintain material handling equipment (MHE), warehouse premises, and storage systems.
- Implement a Time and Motion study approach for cost-effective execution.
- Drive improvement programs such as 5S and Kaizen to maintain quality standards.
- Develop strategies for overall warehouse process enhancements.
- Analyze key performance metrics and review processes to identify improvement areas.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to statutory compliance.
- Uphold company rules and regulations.
- Education:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Engineering graduates will be given preference.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Advanced skills in VB, macros, or other development tools are a plus.
- Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills are preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work at Rasayani Industrial Area .
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Navi Mumbai or willing to relocate.
