Job Overview We are hiring an Education Counsellor mainly for UK And Europe with over 4 years of experience to join our team at Global Quest Consultancy . As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students seeking overseas education opportunities. This is an onsite position based in Hyderabad, India. Qualifications And Skills
- experience in admission counselling for UK/Europe Universities
- In-depth knowledge of overseas education systems, universities, and visa processes
- Mentoring a team of resources.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and parents
- Familiarity with MS Office tools
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Provide expert guidance and counseling to students regarding overseas education opportunities for UK and Europe(Germany,Ireland,Paris)
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their preferences and career goals
- Assist students for scholarships
- Manage student inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, online chat)
- Conduct presentations and seminars to educate students and parents about the benefits of studying abroad
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM system
- Assist with visa documentation and ensure compliance with immigration regulations
- Collaborate with universities and educational institutions to stay updated on admission requirements and scholarship opportunities
- Stay informed about changes in education systems, visa policies, and career trends in different countries
- Provide ongoing support to students throughout the entire admission and pre-departure process
- Meet individual and team targets for student recruitment and conversion
