T Job Description: Mindsprint is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to spearhead and execute impactful communication strategies for our HR function. This role is critical to fostering employee engagement, enhancing the employee experience, and promoting a cohesive and positive organizational culture. Serving as a vital link between HR and employees, the candidate will craft and deliver consistent, strategic messaging for HR initiatives, policies, and programs. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation and Strategy: Design and deliver engaging content across internal channels (newsletters, intranet, emails, videos, etc.) that reflect HR's mission, programs, and updates. Collaborate with HR leadership to draft key messaging for town halls, employee meetings, and executive communications. Employee Engagement and Feedback: Implement tools and mechanisms (e.g., surveys, focus groups, digital platforms) to capture and analyze employee sentiment, providing actionable insights to HR leadership. Change and Crisis Communication: Develop comprehensive communication strategies for organizational changes, ensuring transparency, clarity, and empathy in messaging. Collaborate with HR and leadership to create crisis communication plans for sensitive situations, maintaining trust and organizational integrity. Branding and Recognition: Promote the company's employer brand by highlighting employee achievements, company culture, and organizational values through storytelling and creative communication initiatives. Showcase employee stories and achievements to encourage a sense of belonging and recognition. Measurement and Reporting: Establish metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of internal communication strategies, presenting insights and recommendations to HR leadership. Provide regular reports to the HR leadership team regarding communication efforts and outcomes. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
- [12 -15] years of relevant experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or HR-focused communication roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and employee engagement strategies.
- Proficiency with modern communication tools and platforms, including intranet systems, email marketing platforms, and multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Experience in organizational change communication or employer branding.
- Familiarity with visual design and multimedia content creation tools.
