We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our sales operations team as an Operations Administrator. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our sales processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department. What We Offer

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Assist in the management and maintenance of sales data and records.
  2. Support the sales team in generating quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  4. Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
  5. Help streamline and optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
  7. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis.
What You'll Need
  1. Bachelor's degree from one of the following universities is a must: KFUPM, KAUST, Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd, Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman, Alfaisal.
  2. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Previous experience in sales operations or a related field is a plus but not required.
  7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
  8. Eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
Nice to have
  1. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
