Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist - Chocolate Industry Expert Job Type: Full-time About Us: Ferreno Chocolate Industry L.L.C. is a leading manufacturer of premium chocolates, seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. We're looking for a skilled professional with a passion for chocolates, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. Job Summary: We're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with extensive experience in the chocolate industry, preferably from a chocolate factory background. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of chocolates, market trends, and consumer preferences. The role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, quality management, and sensory evaluation skills. Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct sensory evaluations of chocolates to assess taste, texture, and aroma.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues.
Analyze consumer feedback and market trends to inform product development and improvement.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, quality manuals, and certification records.
Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP).
Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a chocolate factory or related industry, with a focus on quality assurance.
In-depth knowledge of chocolates, including types, ingredients, and manufacturing processes.
Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Arabic (written and spoken).
Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
